Kevin Garden, Founder
Kevin Garden is a CPA and experienced advisor with 10+ years leading M&A and finance engagements across the middle market. Before founding Garden Advisory, he held senior roles at PwC and top consulting firms, advising on transactions from $10 million to over $500 million, across a broad range of industries.
Kevin’s expertise spans both sides of the deal table, from quality of earnings and working capital analysis to post-close integration and financial operations. He’s also built and managed in-house accounting and finance teams, serving as a trusted partner to executive teams and founders.
He holds a Master of Business Taxation from USC and is active in civic and mentorship initiatives across Los Angeles. Kevin launched Garden Advisory to bring clients hands-on, high-impact financial support with the responsiveness and clarity today’s business environment demands.
